For overweight we can probably our life threatening many diseases. We are high risk for diabetes, heart disease, blood pressure, we can't make sound sleep.

You can Control Your Weight by Change food Habits:
1. Avoid fast-food as like this food (You can drink Milk, reduce fat shredded cheese, peanut butter, chicken, meatballs, canned tuna & canned beans.)
2. Always try to eat soluble fiber food
3. Drink Coffee or  Green Tea without sugar or less sugar
4. Always eat slowly
5. Try to eat high protein breakfast
6. Drink water before 30 minutes & after 30 minutes of meals
7. Try to choice weigh loss friendly foods
8. Eat green Vegetables and Fruits (Fresh & frozen vegetable but not add salt, fruit canned in juice and fresh and died fruit.)

9. Use small plate for food
10. Don't eat sugary drinks, including soda
11. Don't heavy weight food in dinner/ just less food

Try to Sound Sleep:
Sound sleep is very important for all. It keeps our health good & our mind working good after a sound sleep. Try to everyday at least 7 hours of sleep.

Aerobic Exercise:
Exercise is more important for good health. Also aerobic exercise is more successful ways to lose weight. The words aerobic exercise means With Oxygen. Your heart rate & breathing rate will increase by this process. For this exercise you can do cycling, brisk walking, running, walking and swimming.
