Position: Regional Sales Manager; Agricultural Machinery
Education: Post Graduation in any discipline from any public or private University
Experience: At least 6 to 8 years experience in agricultural machinery/ fertilizer/ crop care/ seed will get prefer.
Requirements: Able to motivate & lead a high performance sales team. Good communication skills. Adaptability/ Flexibility. Age within 38 years old.
Work Place: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Responsibilities: Monitor and arrange different customer engagement. Prepare sales target and plan for region in alignment with business. Regional forecast & sales results, annual turnover report to management. Discover new opportunities for growth. Analyze regional market trends. Build good relationship with existing customers. Provide appropriate feedback of sales team.
