Position: Nurse
Number of posts: 04 (Only women candidates can apply)
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from any recognized nursing school with a minimum of two years of experience (any other degree or certificate in this field will be preferred). Must be registered as a nurse. Must have good communication skills orally and in writing. Be sympathetic and kind to patients. Must be ready to provide 24 hours service as per demand. Experience in providing GBV / protection.
Workplace: Maheshkhali, Kutubdia, Ukhia and Teknaf
Responsibilities: Provide first aid to survivors with injuries, identify injuries or physical signs, perform physical examinations, collect patient health information, listen carefully to patients and determine needs, and provide health advice. Provide first aid to injured survivors and develop a treatment plan. To provide counseling to childbearing women about birth planning, hospital services, delivery institutions and other opportunities. Monitor patient profiles and health reports. Ensure referral services in severe cases. Maintain relationships with service providers. Ensure that the principles of ‘do no harm’ and ‘privacy’ are observed and upheld during the implementation of activities. Collecting and providing information at different times for monitoring activities aimed at project progress indicators.
Job Description: Nurses, Survivors of Violence in the Community at the Upazila Level will be responsible for assisting women and adolescent girls. Nurse Survivors will raise awareness among women and adolescents about trauma first aid and SRHR. He must be a good listener and tolerant. The nurse will work with the OCC coordinator to implement the GBV model. Nurse will be directly re-portable along with the project officer and will have to report to him on a daily basis. The nurse must be within 2 km of the work area.
Salary and Benefits: Monthly Salary 36,900 / - and other benefits are medical benefits, mobile and internet allowances and insurance benefits.
