Post Name: Senior Manager, Financial Fraud Management, Operations
Education: M.Com/ MBA Degree/ Masters in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics from any reputed University with minimum 2nd class in all exams or CGPA 2.5 & above.
Experience: At least 8 to 10 years working experience in audit activities & investigation, minimum 3 to 4 years working experience in a leading position in reputed financial firm/ organization.
Job Location: BRAC Head Office, Dhaka
Responsibilities: Follow-up & supervise overall activities of investigation & prevention of financial fraud Management. Learning and provide insights improvement in managing fraud across. Ensure provide proper feedback, orientation, guidance, trainings for staff development. Investigation report quality have been maintained properly. Fraud prevention activities through training, awareness, workshop for achieving objectives. Pass & review necessary comments in investigation report. Actively participate in Management Committee forum. Maintain coordination with representatives of stakeholders, other programs, Donor liaison. Act as a key source of guidance, expertise & support on safeguarding for establishing safe working environment. Promote, practice & endorse issues of safeguarding policy. Ensure implementation of safeguarding standards. Perform any other task assigned by higher authority.
Requirements: Good knowledge of supervision & leading financial fraud team. Sound knowledge on Internal investigation techniques, financial fraud investigation, handling of disciplinary inquiries. Knowledge on health, education, micro-finance, social enterprise related work. Skills in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint. Skills in English & Bangla report writing and editing. Good presentation and communication skills. Able to logically analyze and objectively situation and provide timely decisions.
