 Position: Senior Team Leader- Knowledge Management and Learning

Educational Qualification: Masters Degree in relevant discipline from any reputed University

Experience: At least 10 to 12 years experience. Minimum 7 years experience in progressively senior management. Experience in working on USAID or other donor agency projects.

Job Location: Dhaka

Requirements: Experience in South Asia/ Bangladesh prefer. Able to translate complicated & complex ideas into easily understandable & accessible concepts/ messages. Sound communication in oral & written skills. Skill in presentation & reporting in English in mandatory. Proficiency/ knowledge of Bangla is desired. Able to meet deadlines under pressure. Curiosity & inquisitiveness. Able to influence lead & audience institutional approaches.
