Qualification: Associate Degree in food services in a reputed institute. At least 1 to years job experience. Fluent in English. Excellent Verbal & oral communication skills. Food safety knowledge.

Responsibilities: Arrange cuts of place & meat them in good manner in display case so that customer wish to purchase. Label, Weigh & price a variety of cuts of meat. Receive deliveries of inspect & meat them to ensure. Adhere to highest quality standards. Use bone knives, twine, skewers & other tools to tie, lace & shape roasts. Prepare meat into forms ready for cooking using including boning, variety of actions, grinding, tying, cutting & trimming to make it easier. Different selection & types of pork, poultry, fish, beef to help them decide. Clean & maintain meat preparation counter to reduce risk of food adhere & contamination.
