Qualification: Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Economics/ Statistics/ related field from any reputed University.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in evaluating & monitoring different kind of preferably, projects dealing with high volume of beneficiary. Experience in application of approaches, methods & tools. Experience in Cash transfer & DRR project. Also experience in data collection, design, qualitative & quantitative techniques.
Requirements: Knowledge in ICV tools. Sound communication oral & written skills in Bangla & English. Experience working in Rohingya camps. Good & punctual at time management & strong relationship building.
Work Location: Ukhyia, Cox's Bazar
Key Responsibilities: Effective evaluation & monitoring of project quality. Ensure quality adherence & implementation to meet WFP standards. Accountability & support management through accurate collection, routine & reporting of information. Oversee onsite, conduct,design and post distribution monitoring data collection. Complaint feedback from beneficiaries during implementation. Assisting district office in PMEL issues.
