Education: Masters in Development Studies/ English/ International Relations/ Social Sciences/ Economics/ Journalism/ any other relevant subject from any reputed University.

Experience: Minimum 5 years working relevant experience in same position in multinational company/ International NGO/ National NGO/ Development organizations.

Good fluency in Bangla and English. Good communication & presentation skills in oral & written. Able to improve satisfaction & performance. Sound interpersonal skills. Organizational learning activities. Analytical skills & able to translate complex concepts. Good knowledge of editing applications such as adobe Photoshop, adobe illustrator, adobe premiere, adobe light-room, adobe audition etc.

Responsibilities: Prepare draft tasks & plans for deploying KM strategy. Coordinate with various different stakeholders. Resolve highlight deviations & issues. Progress reports report in order to deploy. Develop overall KM strategy. Engagement strategies that facilitate timely. Facilitate transfer of vetted synthesized evidence. Surface unexplored opportunities of KM products. Collaborate with partners & stakeholders to find creative ways to publish. Communications & development department to curate & manage social media opportunities. Disseminate & develop different KM products.

Salary and Other Benefits: BDT 13,49,070 taka (Annual) include conveyance allowances, house rent & other admissible benefits. Income tax paid by icddr,b, Children allowance BDT 1,917 taka per child per month, 14.8 provident fund contribution, Contributory healthcare support, Festival bonus, group life insurance & subsidized canteen, Daycare & Transport facilities.
