Position: Senior Officer/ Executive- Customer Service
Educational Qualification: DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) from any reputed Institution.
Experience: At least 2 years working experience in Technical Service/ Marketing in DOC and Medicine. Also fresh graduation can also apply.
Responsibilities: Execute & initiate post sales services to clients or customers to ensure customer relationship & retention. Organize training & Identify training needs for customers or farmers to increase industry awareness. Ensure monthly targets of feed sales and broiler are achieved. Combine & collect market reports of competitors. Analyze and compare reports to find our market position.
Job Location: Any where in Bangladesh
Other Requirements: Computer operating skills, mainly in MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint.
Salary: Salary depending upon experience, qualification, profile of candidate.
