Education: Master Degree/ MBA Degree in Management/ Social Science/ Public Health. Good knowledge in Community building, WASH project, Waste management, Fire prevention. Social worker education will be asset.
Experience: At least 2 years work experience in relevant position in previous INGO or NGO. Also experience in WASH sector will get advantage.
Job Location: Dhaka, Bhashantek
Requirements: Experience in organizing & working community. Good social patient, concern & diplomatic approach. Understanding of community & social concern or issues. Skill in reporting, finance, planning. Ability to deliver convincing/ strong approach to people. Establish best rapport local government also partner agencies. Independently work and pro-active. Compliance and sensitive ethics. Skills in computer MS Office. Proficiency in written and spoken Bangla & English. Team spirit and dynamic. Flexible and respectful. Demonstrate sound work ethics. Social work minded.
Salary: BDT 33,000 to 38,000 taka which depend on candidate work experience and skills.
