Education: Bachelor Degree and Masters Degree in any discipline from any reputed University
Experience: At least 5 years experience in Branch Operation, Client relationship management, Compliance, Branch Management. Also experience in Merchant Banking/ Investment, Securities House/ Share Brokerage.
Job Place: Rangpur, Sylhet, Dhaka (Khilkhet, Mirpur, Savar, Uttara), Chattogram, Jashore, Khulna, Narayanganj, Noakhali
Requirements: Good knowledge of regulations and rules related to brokerage services. Client base & intention to participate in marketing activities. Able to work under pressure. Age within 32 years old. Interpersonal, Team management, Communication skills. Knowledge about Securities house/ Trading of share/ Brokerage.

New clients acquisition from open market. Achieving and Generating brokerage targets. High quality customer service in professional manner. Developing and maintaining relationship with existing customers. Must be hardworking, self-motivated, proactive, target oriented & ability to work under pressure. Complying with all regulations & rules of DSE, BSEC, CDBL. Any other task assigned by management.
