Conditions of Rules:
1. Ticket will be cancelled of the passenger fails to report at the station before 15 minutes of the departure time. If necessary, authority can change or rearrange the seat number of the passenger.
2. Passenger will look after their hand luggage with care. Authority will not be held responsible if hand luggage is lost or damage.
3. Passenger him/ herself will be responsible of carrying any king of illegal goods authority will not be responsible for that.
4. If the passenger want to change the date of journey or cancel ticket. He/ She will have to inform the concern booking booth before 5 hours of the departure time.
5. Passenger will have to pay extra charge to carry more than 15kg good Tk. 10 per kg.
6. If the passenger wants to cancel or date of journey, ticket must be placed in the same booking booth. Telephone message is not acceptable under any circumstances.
7. Ticket will not be transferable without prior notice to the authority ticket cancel tor 50 tk donation.
8. Passenger shall follow necessary guidelines as described by Passenger Guide from time to time.
9. Authority have the right to cancel, rearrange of insert any rules and regulations for the interest of the valued passengers.
