Saintmartin Travels Conditions of Rules:
1. If the passenger can not reach the place of departure of the bus before the specified time the ticket shall be treated as cancelled and no objection will be entertained late on.
2. If the passenger wants to cancel his/ her journey on the specified date & time then it is to be informed to the counter before 24 hours of departure of the bus and commission will be deducted @40% per ticket.
3. The passenger will have to be present in the specified place before 30 minutes of departure of bus.
4. Each passenger shall be able to carry 10kg goods. In excess of 10kg goods will have to pay fare as per rule of company.
5. Any festival & holiday ticket no change no cancel.
6. Authority is not responsible for illegal goods. The carrying person himself will remain responsible.
7. For mechanical troubles of bus or due to disadvantage of authority journey may be cancelled or bus may be changed.
