Accounting Definition

Accounting is a measurement, processing and communication of financial information system such as businesses and Company.  It is one of the key functions for almost any business and Company. Accounting may be handled by a bookkeeper and an accountant. The history of accounting is thousands of years old and can be traced to ancient civilizations. The modern accounting was established by the Italian mathematician Luca Pacioli in the year 1494.
